These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, the submission of orders, and the purchase of LORIBEAR products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable policies available on this website.

Where a specific matter is covered by a separate policy available on this website, that policy applies. The Return and Refund Policy applies to returns and refunds, while the Shipping Policy applies to shipping and delivery matters.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and purchase our products.

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally permitted to purchase, possess, import, and use the products you select.

You are responsible for complying with the laws and restrictions applicable in your country or region.

Products and Pricing

LORIBEAR offers a variety of adult products and related products for sale on our website.

LORIBEAR reserves the right to change product offerings, availability, prices, promotions, discount codes, promotional conditions, product configurations, and available options for future orders without individual prior notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantity of products that may be purchased.

The final price of an order is the price shown at checkout, including any eligible discount or promotion successfully applied when the order is submitted and payment is confirmed.

Once an order has been confirmed, any subsequent price change, promotion, discount code, special offer, or other discount does not apply retroactively to that order.

LORIBEAR does not provide refunds, credits, price adjustments, or other compensation for price differences resulting from later price reductions or promotions, unless required by applicable law.

If the price of a product increases after an order has been confirmed, LORIBEAR will not charge the customer the later price difference for that confirmed order.

Discount codes, promotions, and other discounts must be valid and successfully applied before the order is submitted. Unless the relevant promotion expressly states otherwise, they cannot be added, replaced, combined, or applied retroactively after the order has been confirmed.

Promotions and discount codes may have their own validity periods, eligible products, exclusions, usage limits, and other stated conditions. The specific terms published for the relevant promotion apply.

Some product pages may offer different sizes, materials, body types, configurations, or optional selections. The product purchased is determined by the SKU, size, material, body type, configuration, quantity, and options selected during checkout and recorded in the order confirmation.

Product photographs may contain clothing, accessories, wigs, stands, furniture, photography props, or other items used for styling or display. These items are not included unless they are clearly stated as included on the product page, in the selected configuration, or in the order confirmation.

Ordering and Payment

To purchase our products, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping address, and the information required to process payment.

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for reviewing the product, SKU, size, material, body type, configuration, selected options, quantity, shipping information, applied discounts, and final order amount.

The products and configurations included in your order are determined by the information selected during checkout and recorded in your order confirmation.

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment service provider to process your selected payment method for the total amount shown in the order.

For the purposes of these Terms, an order is considered confirmed when it has been accepted by our ordering system and the required payment has been successfully completed or authorized.

The date and time recorded in the LORIBEAR order system when the order is confirmed will be used to determine the applicable price, discount, promotion, product configuration, and Terms of Service for that order.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided with your order is accurate and complete.

If required order information is missing, inconsistent, or incorrect, LORIBEAR may pause processing and contact you to verify the information before production or shipment continues.

If you request a change after an order has been confirmed, the change does not take effect unless LORIBEAR confirms that the requested change has been accepted.

Simply submitting a change request does not modify the confirmed order.

Shipping and Delivery

LORIBEAR provides international shipping to destinations currently supported by our shipping network.

We use discreet packaging to protect customer privacy.

Shipping methods, estimated transportation times, tracking methods, customs arrangements, duties, and destination restrictions may vary depending on the destination. The current rules are stated in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and, where necessary, cooperating with reasonable carrier or customs-clearance requirements.

If additional shipping, return, redelivery, customs, clearance, or handling costs are caused by:

• An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
• Refusal of delivery
• Failure to receive the package
• Failure to cooperate with required delivery or customs procedures

Those additional costs are the customer's responsibility.

This does not apply where the problem was caused by an error made by LORIBEAR.

Shipping delays or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, severe weather, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside LORIBEAR's reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery time.

LORIBEAR will communicate with the relevant carrier and assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.

Unless LORIBEAR expressly confirms otherwise in writing, estimated shipping or delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed arrival date.

Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds for eligible returns in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

For a standard return of a non-customized product, the product must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging

The customer must contact LORIBEAR within 14 business days of receiving the product to request an eligible standard return.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.

All returns require prior authorization from LORIBEAR.

Once a return is approved and LORIBEAR sends the Return Instructions, the customer must ship the product within 7 calendar days after the date the Return Instructions are sent and provide valid tracking information.

If the product is not shipped within this 7-calendar-day period and no written extension has been approved by LORIBEAR, the Return Authorization will expire. A new return request is not automatically approved and must be reviewed again according to the applicable return conditions.

Visible shipping damage should, where possible, be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Other manufacturing issues should be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are handled separately according to the procedures stated in the Return and Refund Policy.

Reporting a product problem does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.

LORIBEAR will review the product condition, order information, supporting photos or videos, and the nature and severity of the issue before determining the appropriate solution.

Depending on the issue, the solution may include care instructions, repair assistance, replacement parts, replacement of a head or body, partial refund, full replacement, or another appropriate solution.

Where a product is returned, the relevant order number must be included.

For customer-related returns, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs and related charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. LORIBEAR is not responsible for returned products lost or damaged during return transportation.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation rules differ between standard non-customized products and custom or made-to-order products.

Standard Non-Customized Products

For standard non-customized products, the current cancellation rules are:

• Cancellation within 24 hours after the order is placed: 100% refund
• Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours after the order is placed: 50% refund
• Cancellation after 72 hours: not accepted
• Once the product has been shipped: cancellation is not accepted

Once an order has been shipped, the shipped-order rule applies regardless of how much time has passed since the order was placed.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean that the order has been cancelled.

An order is considered cancelled only after LORIBEAR has reviewed and confirmed the cancellation.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced products enter production immediately after LORIBEAR receives and confirms the payment for the order.

Once LORIBEAR has received and confirmed payment, the custom or made-to-order order cannot be cancelled or refunded because of a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or other customer-related reasons.

The standard non-customized cancellation periods described above do not apply to custom or made-to-order products.

This restriction does not affect after-sales support for verified manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or other issues for which LORIBEAR is responsible under the Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All original content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, software, page designs, product descriptions, and other materials created by or licensed to LORIBEAR, is the property of LORIBEAR or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially use, or otherwise use protected content from our website without the prior written consent of LORIBEAR or the relevant rights holder.

Third-party character names, trademarks, game titles, anime titles, logos, artwork, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Their appearance on this website does not mean that LORIBEAR owns those rights.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our website or purchase or use our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment activity
• Provide false or intentionally misleading information
• Use unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or website data
• Circumvent website security or access controls
• Transmit viruses, malware, malicious scripts, or other harmful code
• Deliberately interfere with the normal operation or security of the website
• Use protected website content without authorization

Nothing in this section restricts customers from making genuine complaints, providing lawful reviews, requesting after-sales support, or exercising rights available under applicable law.

LORIBEAR reserves the right to refuse or suspend service, restrict access, cancel affected transactions where permitted, or take other appropriate measures where fraud, unlawful activity, malicious conduct, security abuse, or deliberate misuse is reasonably identified.

Limitation of Liability

LORIBEAR will handle verified manufacturing defects, incorrect shipments, eligible returns, refunds, and other after-sales matters according to the applicable policies published on this website.

If a loss or problem is caused by circumstances that are not caused by LORIBEAR, including:

• Customer misuse
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Third-party services
• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Website interruptions caused by external hosting, network, infrastructure, payment, or other third-party service providers
• Other external events outside LORIBEAR's reasonable control

LORIBEAR is not responsible for losses resulting from those circumstances, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from circumstances for which LORIBEAR is not responsible.

If an order or product issue is verified to be LORIBEAR's responsibility, LORIBEAR will provide the solution available under the applicable policy.

Depending on the issue, this may include repair assistance, replacement parts, replacement of a head or body, partial refund, full replacement, or an approved refund.

LORIBEAR is responsible for resolving the affected order or product according to the applicable policy, but is not responsible for additional losses that are unrelated to the direct resolution of that order or product.

Nothing in this section removes any responsibility that LORIBEAR must accept under applicable law.

Indemnification

If a customer intentionally engages in unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, unauthorized, or rights-infringing conduct, and that conduct directly causes LORIBEAR or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, or representatives to suffer a documented actual financial loss, incur a documented reasonable cost, or face a third-party claim, the customer responsible for that conduct must bear the resulting responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This section applies only when the loss or claim is directly caused by the customer's own conduct, including:

• Fraudulent transactions or fraudulent payment activity
• Knowingly providing false information for fraudulent purposes
• Knowingly using a payment method or account without authorization
• Knowingly submitting a false or fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of protected website content
• Conduct that infringes a third party's intellectual property or other legal rights
• Deliberate attempts to damage, disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the website, systems, accounts, or business operations
• Other intentional unlawful conduct that directly causes LORIBEAR to incur a documented loss or third-party claim

The customer's responsibility is limited to documented actual losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs directly caused by that customer's own conduct.

This section does not apply to:

• A genuine product complaint or after-sales request
• A good-faith refund, return, or cancellation request
• A legitimate payment dispute or chargeback made in good faith
• A customer exercising rights available under applicable law
• Losses caused by LORIBEAR
• Losses unrelated to or not actually caused by the customer's conduct

Nothing in this section makes a customer responsible for obligations that LORIBEAR must bear under our policies or applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the specific jurisdiction applicable to the actual operating entity of LORIBEAR.

Except for mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that cannot legally be excluded, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the use of this website, or purchases made through this website shall be submitted to the courts with competent jurisdiction in the specific jurisdiction applicable to the actual operating entity of LORIBEAR.

Changes to these Terms of Service

LORIBEAR may update or modify these Terms of Service when our website, products, services, policies, or business operations change.

The latest version will be published on this website and will take effect from the date it is published, unless a different effective date is clearly stated.

Your continued use of our website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for that continued use.

Any new order placed after updated Terms take effect is governed by the updated Terms and applicable policies then in effect.

Updated Terms do not retroactively change the price, discount, product configuration, quantity, cancellation conditions, return conditions, or other confirmed details of an order confirmed before the update.

A confirmed order remains subject to the Terms of Service and applicable policies in effect when that order was confirmed, unless LORIBEAR and the customer later expressly agree to a specific change or applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
